Joseph E. Gaugler, PhD
Dr. Joseph E. Gaugler, PhD, is the Robert L. Kane Endowed Chair in Long-Term Care and Aging and Professor in the Division of Health Policy and Management and the School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota. His research examines the sources and effectiveness of long-term care for older adults with Alzheimer’s disease and other chronic conditions.
Dr. Gaugler also studies the longitudinal ramifications of family care for persons with dementia and other conditions, and the effectiveness of community-based and psychosocial services.
Amanda Borowski
Originally from Wisconsin, Amanda is in her fourth year at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, majoring in Biology within the College of Biological Sciences and minoring in Psychology and Spanish.
Megan Petersen
Megan is a senior in the Genetics and Cell Development program at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. After graduation she will pursue a career as a Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in Geriatrics.
Jake Robinson
Jake is a senior at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities studying genetics. His professional goals include pursuing medicine with a focus on geriatric and rural care.
